Are the scores digital downloads or printed copies?
All products sold on Easypianoscores.com are downloadable PDF files. We do not send printed sheet music by post.
You can print the files for your personal use or read them directly on an iPad, another tablet, a computer or another device that supports PDF files. Some collections may be supplied as a ZIP file containing several PDFs.
How do I receive my sheet music?
After successful payment, your invoice and download links are sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout. This usually happens within seconds.
Follow the download links to save the PDF files to your device. Nothing will be delivered by post.
Can I use the sheet music on an iPad or another tablet?
Yes. The sheet music is supplied as a PDF file and can be read directly on an iPad, an Android tablet, a computer or another device that supports PDF files.
You can also print the sheet music for your personal use. We recommend downloading and saving the files to your device rather than relying solely on the email links.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your email account’s spam or junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there. Please also check that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
If you still cannot find the email, contact us at info@easypianoscores.com. We will send your receipt and purchased files to you manually as soon as possible.
How long are the download links valid?
The download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading and saving the files promptly and keeping a backup copy on your computer or another secure device.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Depending on your billing country and the selected currency, checkout may also offer local payment methods such as Bancontact in Belgium, iDEAL | Wero in the Netherlands, EPS in Austria, Przelewy24 (P24) in Poland or Alipay in China.
Only the payment methods available for your particular order are shown at checkout.
How do you determine the difficulty level of a piece?
We use a numbered rating that broadly corresponds to years of playing experience. For example, level 1 represents approximately one year of lessons at a standard music school. The rating is intended to provide a quick, general indication of the difficulty of the arrangement.
Each product page also includes preview images of the score. Where appropriate, the description explains the principal technical requirements and the most challenging aspects of the piece.
How many copies may I make? Can I share the sheet music?
You may print as many copies as you need for private use within your household. We also recommend keeping a backup copy of the PDF files on your computer or another secure device.
You may not resell, upload, forward or otherwise distribute the sheet music outside your household. Piano teachers may not make copies for their students; each student needs their own purchased copy.
Can I cancel my purchase or request a refund?
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Refunds are therefore generally not available once the download links have been supplied, except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to provide the purchased files.
Please review the product description, difficulty information and preview images carefully before placing your order.
Is purchasing secure?
Easypianoscores.com uses an encrypted connection during browsing and checkout. Card payments and supported local payment methods are processed by Stripe, while PayPal payments are processed by PayPal.
The payment provider handles the payment information needed to authorise the transaction. Our store receives the order information required to process your purchase and deliver the download links.
